摘 要:PE管道因质量轻、耐腐蚀、抗老化、高韧性、抗冲击性和施工方便等优点,被广泛应用于燃气管网的敷设中,但其材质不导电、不导磁,也给管道定位工作及燃气管线的安全运营带来了难题。本文主要讲述声波探测技术的工作原理、检测方法及注意事项,结合多个燃气管线探测项目实例并现场开挖验证统计声波探测技术的探测效果。PE pipeline is widely used in the laying of gas pipeline network because of its advantages such as light weight,corrosion resistance,aging resistance,high toughness,impact resistance and convenient construction.However,its material is nonconductive and non magnetic,which also brings difficulties to pipeline positioning and safe operation of gas pipeline.This article mainly discusses the working principle,detection methods,and precautions of acoustic detection technology.It combines multiple gas pipeline detection projects and verifies the detection effect of acoustic detection technology through on-site excavation.
