摘　　要：分析了当前专项规划在编制和审查过程中开展数据衔接核对工作存在的现实问题,提出从组织保障、政策体系、工作机制等方面构建专项规划数据衔接核对工作的机制框架体系,并提出了专项规划不同深度矢量数据处理、矢量数据入库标准、矢量数据衔接核对等几项关键技术方法,为开展专项规划数据的衔接核对工作提供了一种解决方案。We analyzed the practical problems in data connection and verification during the process of compiling and reviewing special plan-ning.Then,we proposed a mechanism framework for data connection and verification of special planning from the aspects of organizational sup-port,policy system and working mechanism.We came up with several key technologies such as special planning the methods of vector data pro-cessing at different depth,the warehousing standards of vector data,and data connection and verification,providing a solution for data connec-tion and verification of special planning.
