摘　　要：针对传统地图缩编方法效率低和周期长的问题,研究了一种基于省市联动的基础测绘数据智能更新技术。结合我省1:2000到1:10000地形要素数据缩编项目的实际生产过程,研究了基于省市联动的基础测绘数据智能更新方法的技术流程,探讨了利用1:2000到1:10000地形要素缩编智能更新生产的关键技术。基于ArcGIS二次开发平台,构建出赤壁市1:2000到1:10000的地图表达智能综合原型系统,能快速将1:2000地形图生产缩编为1:10000地形图相关规范的成果数据,能为提高缩编更新作业效率提供参考。Aiming at the low efficiency and long cycle of traditional map reduction methods,we studied an intelligent updating technology of ba-sic surveying and mapping data based on provincial and municipal linkage.Combined with the actual production process of the provincial 1∶2000 to 1∶10000 topographic element data reduction project,we analyzed the technical process of intelligent updating method of basic sur-veying and mapping data based on provincial and municipal linkage.Then,we discussed the key technology of intelligent updating production by using 1∶2000 to 1∶10000 topographic elements.Based on the secondary development of ArcGIS platform,we constructed the intelligent inte-grated prototype system of map expression from 1∶2000 to 1∶10000 in Chibi City,which could quickly update 1∶2000 topographic map pro-duction into 1∶10000 topographic map related specifications,provide a reference to improve the efficiency of reduction and updating operations.
