摘　　要：针对传统施工测量项目技术标准化程度低、业务流程体系混乱、数字化推广滞后,精细化管理不足等缺点,以企业在建项目为应用案例,设计与开发了一套科学、高效、实用的施工现场测控信息化、数字化管理系统,该系统可实现测控业务及报表标准化,测控设备与后台服务器之间可实现测控数据的信息化调取、传输;后台服务器可实现数据自动化存储、分析、分级预警,降低并消除人工输入差错率,有效避免了现场偏差数据的漏报、瞒报、谎报等情况发生。有助于提升施工测控管理能力、提高施工质量、降低施工成本。There are shortcomings in traditional construction measurement projects such as low degree of technical standardization,chaotic busi-ness process system,lagging digital promotion,and insufficient refined management.Taking the project under construction of enterprise as an ap-plication case,we designed and developed a scientific,efficientand practical management system for construction measurement and control infor-matizationand digitalization.The system can realize the standardization of measurement and control business and reports,and the information re-trieval and transmission of measurement and control data between the equipment and the background server.Meanwhile,the background server can realize automatic data storage,analysis and hierarchical early warning,reduce and eliminate the error rate of manual inputwhich can effective-ly avoid the occurrence of omission,concealment,and false reporting of on-site deviation data.The results show that the system is conducive to enhancing the construction measurement and control management ability,improving the construction quality while reducing construction cost.
