摘　　要：目的 研究新型冠状病毒感染患者的胸部HRCT影像特征,提高新冠肺炎诊断精度。方法 分析2022年12月8日-2023年3月8日收住本院125例新冠感染患者的临床信息和胸部HRCT影像资料。结果 125例患者中116例(93%)存在不同程度肺炎表现,其中46例(40%)呈胸膜下分布浅淡模糊影早期表现,57例(49%)呈楔状、片状、大片状实变影进展期表现,13(11%)例呈磨玻璃影与实变影或亚实变影夹杂混合密度影甚至“白肺”样重症期表现。除4例死亡,其中112例好转出院前接受了复查,轻症患者肺部病变完全吸收,重症患者残留少许纤维索条。结论 新冠状病毒肺炎的胸部HRCT有特殊征象,结合流行病学、实验室检查,胸部HRCT可定性、定量,指导临床治疗。Objective To study chest HRCT imaging characteristics of patients with COVID-19 so as to improve improve the diagnostic accuracy of COVID-19.Methods The clinical information and chest HRCT imaging data of 125 COVID-19 patients admitted in our hospital from December 8,2022 to March 8,2023 were analyzed.Results 116(93%)of 125 patients had different degrees of pneumonia,of which 46(40%)showed early appearance of subpleural faint shadow,57(49%)showed wedge-shaped,sheet,large sheet solid shadow in the progressive stage,and 13(11%)showed ground glass shodow with solid shadow or subsolid shadow mixed density shadow or even“white lung”-like severe stage.In addition to 4 deaths,112 of them were re-examined before discharged.In the mild patients,the pulmonary lesions were fully absorbed and a few fiber strands remained in severe patients.Conclusions The chest HRCT of COVID-19 has special signs.Combined with epidemiology and laboratory examination,the chest HRCT can be qualitative and quantitative,and guide clinical treatment.
