摘　　要：目的 分析儿童骨折内固定术后应力遮挡致骨吸收病例的临床特点及诊治措施。方法 回顾分析儿童骨折内固定术后应力遮挡致骨吸收的5个病例。复习文献分析流行病学、治疗措施、预后等。结果 5例患儿采取内固定物取出、石膏或支具固定、促进骨质生长等治疗后随访1年,骨质恢复良好,无再骨折等并发症。结论 有效预防应力遮挡是关键,手术取出内固定物并适当保护下功能锻炼、促进骨质生长疗效良好。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of bone resorption caused by stress shielding after fracture internal fixation in children.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 5 cases of of bone resorption caused by stress shielding after fracture internal fixation in children,reviewed the literature to analyze epidemiology,treatment measures prognosis.Results The 5 children were followed up for 1 years after internal fixation removal,plaster or brace fixation,and bone growth promotion.The bone recovered well,and there were no complications such as re-fracture.Conclusions Effective prevention of stress shielding is the key.Surgical removal of internal fixation and proper protection of functional exercise can promote bone growth.
