摘　　要：目的了解红河州hMPV感染的流行特征及检出率与气候的关系,为防控hMPV感染提供理论依据。方法收集本院2020年4月-2022年12月因呼吸道感染而送检的咽拭子进行检测,并收集气象资料。结果2020年4月-2022年12月共检测样本12924份,hMPV的检出率为4.21%(544/12924);阳性检出中儿童占97.6%(531/545),50岁以上老年人占2%(11/545),中青年占0.5%(3/545);hMPV 2020年4月-2022年12月的检出率分别为1.68%、4.23%、5.36%;每年检出率10月开始呈上升趋势,次年2月之后呈现下降趋势;hMPV不同季节检出率也各不相同,春、夏、秋、冬季的检出率分别为1.06%、1.33%、4.93%、8.51%,秋季、冬季检出率高于春季、夏季,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)分别为11.760、3.897、181.270、126.390,P<0.05)。hMPV月检出率与月平均温度(rs=-0.847,P=0.001)具有相关性。结论hMPV是一种常见的呼吸道感染病毒,儿童(13岁以内)发病率较高;hMPV发病率与季节相关,秋季、冬季检出率偏高,且与温度相关。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and detection rate of human metapneumovirus(hMPV)infection and its relationship with climate in Honghe Prefecture sa as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of hMPV infection in Honghe Prefecture.Methods Throat swabs from patients with respiratory tract infection in our hospital from April 2020 to December 2022 were collected for testing,and meteorological data were collected.Results A total of 12924 samples were detected from April 2020 to December 2022,the detection rate of hMPV was 4.21%(544/12924).Children accounted for 97.6%(531/544)of the children tested positive,,the elderly over 50 years old accounted for 2%(11/544),and young and middle-aged accounted for 0.5%(3/544).The detection rates of HMPV from 2020 to 2022 were 1.68%,4.23%and 5.36%,respectively.The annual detection rate showed an upward trend from October and a downward trend from February of the next year.The detection rate of hMPV in different seasons was also defferent,and the detection rate in spring,summer,autumn and winter were 1.06%,1.33%,4.93%and 8.51%,respectively.The detection rates in autumn and winter were significantly higher than those in spring and summer,with statistical significance in the differences(χ^(2) was 11.760,3.897,181.270 and 126.390,respectively,P<0.05).The monthly detection rate of hMPV was correlated with the monthly average temperature(rs=-0.847,P=0.001).Conclusions Human metapneumovirus(hMPV)is a common respiratory infection virus,and the incidence is higher in children(under 13 years old).The incidence of hMPV is related to seasons,and the detection rate is higher in autumn and winter,and it is related to temperature.
