摘  要:连铸板坯边部横向裂纹的产生主要是由于板坯在冷却中存在边部过冷现象,导致板坯的脆性温度区域刚好处在扇形段矫直区域内,在应力作用下导致裂纹产生,通过优化二冷段矫直区域喷嘴布局,避免板坯边部过冷,使板坯经过矫直段时处于塑性温度区域,从而大幅减少边部裂纹的发生率。The transverse cracks of continuous casting slab edge is mainly due to the slab edge supercooling phenomenon existing in the cooling process,resulting in a catalytic temperature zone in the sector of the slab straightening area which cracks under stress.By optimizing the nozzle layout in the straightening region of the secondary cooling section,the slab side supercooling is avoided and the slab is in the plastic temperature zone when passing through the straightening section.Thus,the incidence rate of edge cracks is greatly reduced.
