基于Modbus_TCP协议的S7-1200与JX-300 DCS系统间的数据通讯与实现

摘　　要：DCS分布式控制系统和PLC可编程控制器是工业生产过程中的重要控制设备,但是两者分属不同的生产厂家,在两设备进行信息通讯时缺乏详细的技术支持。本文通过使用Modbus_TCP协议实现了JX-300 DCS与S7-1200 PLC之间的数据通讯问题,实现了工业生产过程中DCS和PLC之间的信号传递与传输,为工业生产复杂繁琐的信号传递问题提供了可行的实施方案。DCS distributed control system and PLC programmable controller are important control equipment in industrial production process,but they are produced by different manufacturers and lack detailed technical support when exchanging information between the two devices.This article uses Modbus_TCP protocol enables data communication between JX-300 DCS and S7-1200 PLC,and enables signal transmission and transmission between DCS and PLC in industrial production processes.It provides a feasible implementation solution for complex and cumbersome signal transmission problems in industrial production.
