摘　　要：针对超高层异形建筑顶部塔冠双曲空间管桁架的制作安装,应用BIM技术对桁架制作深化设计,采用“预留牛腿+定位卡板+嵌补杆”制作方式,应用“П式高空散拼”法吊装作业技术,顺利攻克了构件制作精度高、安装定位精准、施工便捷的难题,保证了塔冠构件施工过程安全及质量,降低了成本,为其他类似工程实施提供借鉴。In response to the production and installation of the hyperbolic space pipe truss on the top of the tower crown of a super highrise irregular building,BIM technology is applied to deepen the design of the truss production,using the production method of“reserved bracket+positioning clamp plate+embedded reinforcement rod”“ПThe lifting operation technology of the”“high altitude loose assembly”method has successfully overcome the challenges of high component production accuracy,precise installation positioning,and convenient construction,ensuring the safety and quality of the tower crown component construction process,reducing costs,and providing reference for other similar engineering implementations.
