沸石吸附结合RTO燃烧法在有机废气治理中的应用研究

摘  要:印刷工业在生产过程使用油墨、稀释剂会产生大量的有机废气。通过对软包凹版印刷行业有机废气工况调查和废气特性分析,选用沸石吸附结合RTO燃烧法治理有机废气,并对整体治理工艺、技术参数进行设计和说明。最后对实施后的排放进行对比检测,结果说明沸石吸附结合RTO燃烧法在有机废气治理应用中处理效率高,是值得推广和应用的技术。The use of ink and diluents in the production process of the printing industry generates a large amount of organic waste gas.This article investigates the working conditions and characteristics of organic waste gas in the soft package gravure printing industry,selects zeolite adsorption combined with RTO combustion method to treat organic waste gas,and designs and explains the overall treatment process and technical parameters.Finally,a comparative test was conducted on the emissions after implementation,and the results showed that the zeolite adsorption combined with RTO combustion method has high treatment efficiency in the application of organic waste gas treatment,which is a technology worth promoting and applying.
