摘 要:为研究住宅建筑智能化设计及技术,重点关注了装配式设计的原理和方法,并与传统建筑设计进行比较分析。通过探讨装配式设计流程,可以了解其在实际应用中的具体步骤。此外,对装配率计算和预制构件评选进行研究,以便选择最合适的构件来提高装配率。阐述了预制构件施工方面需要注意的一些要点,以确保质量和效率。最后进行了一些技术创新研究,例如在装配式设计中探索应用新材料以及新技术。期望通过这些研究,为住宅建筑的装配式设计提供更加优质和智能化的解决方案。The article mainly studies the intelligent design and technology of residential buildings,with a focus on the principles and methods of prefabricated design,and compares and analyzes it with traditional architectural design.By exploring the assembly design process,we can understand its specific steps in practical applications.In addition,research is also conducted on the calculation of assembly rate and the selection of prefabricated components,in order to select the most suitable components to improve assembly rate.In the construction of prefabricated components,it is necessary to pay attention to some key points to ensure quality and efficiency.Finally,some technological research and innovation will be carried out,such as applying new materials in prefabricated design and exploring new technologies.It is hoped that through these studies,more high-quality and intelligent solutions can be provided for the prefabricated design of residential buildings.
