摘 要:随着建筑行业对质量和成本要求不断提高,传统造价管理方式已经无法满足需求。因此,急需寻找一种更加高效、精确且可靠的工程造价管理方法。BIM技术作为一种数字化建模和信息共享平台在工程领域中逐渐得到广泛应用。然而,目前关于BIM技术在工程造价管理中的具体应用及其带来的效益研究还相对较少。以BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用及效益为切入点,旨在深入探讨如何利用该技术改善现有的工程造价管理方式,并评估其所取得的实际效果,以期为相关领域提供参考借鉴,推动工程造价管理的数字化转型,从而提高行业整体工作效率和工作质量。With the continuous improvement of quality and cost requirements in the construction industry,traditional cost management methods are no longer able to meet the demands.Therefore,there is an urgent need to find a more efficient,accurate,and reliable engineering cost management method.BIM technology,as a digital modeling and information sharing platform,is gradually being widely applied in the field of engineering.However,there is currently relatively little research on the specific application of BIM technology in engineering cost management and its benefits.The article takes the application and benefits of BIM technology in engineering cost management as the starting point,aiming to explore in depth how to use this technology to improve existing engineering cost management methods,and evaluate the actual results achieved,in order to provide reference and reference for relevant fields,promote the digital transformation of engineering cost management,and thereby improve the overall work efficiency and quality of the industry.
