摘 要:基于塑性成形原理和等体积变形法建立了铆接镦头尺寸与干涉量关系的理论模型,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了铆接过程的数值模拟模型,设计了3组与仿真模型参数相同的铆接试验,根据建立的镦头尺寸与干涉量的关系模型,对仿真和试验结果的干涉量进行了对比分析。结果表明,仿真和试验干涉量分布规律一致,数值模拟得到的相对干涉量与考虑上板变形时得到的相对干涉量误差为9.54%,比不考虑上板发生塑性变形时的误差小近20%;3组压铆试验测得平均干涉量与压铆仿真模拟的理论计算值误差小于10%,进一步验证了镦头尺寸与干涉量关系模型的正确性和有效性。The theoretical model of the relationship between the riveted header size and the interference amount was established based on the plastic forming principle and the isovolume deformation method.The numerical simulation model of the riveting process was established using ABAQUS finite element software.Three sets of riveting tests with the same parameters as the simulation model were designed.According to the relationship model between header size and interference amount established,the interference amount of simulation and test results were compared and analyzed.The results show that the distribution laws of the simulated and tested interference amount are consistent,and the error between the relative interference amount obtained from the numerical simulation and the relative interference amount considering the deformation of the upper plate is 9.54%,which is nearly 20%smaller than the error without considering the plastic deformation of the upper plate.The error between the average interference amount measured by the three sets of riveting tests and the theoretically calculated values from the amount riveting simulation is less than 10%.The correctness and validity of the relationship model between header size and interference amount are further verified.
