热变形对Inconel 690合金微观组织及耐腐蚀性能的影响

摘  要:在不同变形温度与变形量下,对Inconel 690合金进行了单向恒温恒速热压缩物理模拟实验及微观组织演变机制研究。同时,采用动电位极化、电化学阻抗等方法研究了热变形后Inconel 690合金在模拟Cl-渗入的核电站冷却水回路中电化学腐蚀性能。结果表明,在塑性变形过程中,Inconel 690合金中存在动态再结晶行为。随着变形温度的增加,动态再结晶体积分数增加,伴随着晶粒尺寸变大;随着变形量的增大,动态再结晶体积分数增加,晶粒尺寸变化不大。在腐蚀介质中,样品表面均形成了钝化膜,存在较窄的钝化区间以及二次钝化现象。With different deformation temperatures and deformation variables,the physical simulation experiments of one-way constant temperature and constant velocity hot compression and the microstructure evolution mechanism of Inconel 690 alloy were carried out.At the same time,the potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance methods were used to study the electrochemical corrosion properties of Inconel 690 alloy after hot deformation in the cooling water circuit of nuclear power plant simulating Cl-infiltration.The results show that the dynamic recrystallization behavior of Inconel 690 alloy occurs during plastic deformation process.With the increase of deformation temperature,both the dynamic recrystallization volume fraction and the grain size increase.With the increase of deformation variable,the dynamic recrystallization volume fraction increases,and the grain size changes little.In the corrosion medium,a passivation film is formed on the surface of the sample with narrow passivation intervals and secondary passivation phenomena.
