摘　　要：采用扫描电子显微镜、电子背散射衍射、电子万能试验机对CN1515奥氏体不锈钢管的冷变形行为进行了研究。结果表明:随着冷轧变形量的增加,晶粒由等轴晶逐渐沿轴向拉长,小角度晶界比例逐渐增大,退火孪晶比例逐渐减小。相同变形量下,冷拔使晶内出现了更多的孪晶带,且{001}<101>织构更加明显。冷加工后,随着冷轧变形量的增加,试样的强度逐渐增大并趋于平缓,均匀伸长率随冷轧变形量的增加而减小,并在15%变形量后趋于稳定。对于力学性能而言,变形量的影响比变形方式更加显著。The cold deformation behaviors of CN1515 austenitic stainless steel tube were studied by scanning electron microscope,electron backscatter diffraction and electronic universal testing machine.The results show that as the cold rolling deformation amount increases,the grains gradually elongate along the axis from equiaxed grains,the proportion of small angle grain boundaries gradually increases,and the proportion of annealing twins gradually decreases.Under the same deformation amount,cold drawing causes more twin bands to appear in the crystal,and the{001}<101>texture is more obvious.After cold working,with the increase of cold rolling deformation amount,the strength of the sample gradually increases and tends to be flat,the uniform elongation decreases with the increase of cold rolling deformation amount and stabilizes after 15%deformation amount.For mechanical properties,the influence of deformation amount is more significant than that of deformation mode.
