摘  要:为了揭示小弯曲半径高强不锈钢管数控绕弯成形机理,实现精确成形和有效控制的目的,基于ABAQUS有限元平台建立了小弯曲半径21-6-9高强不锈钢管数控绕弯成形全过程三维弹塑性有限元模型;研究了网格尺寸和质量放大因子对有限元模型计算精度和效率的影响,并从理论和实验方面验证了模型的稳定性和可靠性;分析了小弯曲半径高强不锈钢管数控绕弯全过程应力和应变以及对称平面和典型截面上的应力和应变分布的历史演变规律。获取了合理的网格尺寸和质量放大因子分别为0.6×0.6 mm和3000,以及全过程、对称平面和典型截面上的应力和应变分布规律。To reveal forming mechanism of high strength stainless steel tube in numerical control(NC)rotary draw bending with small bending radius and achieve the purpose of precise forming and effective control,the three-dimensional elastic plastic finite element(FE)model for the whole process of 21-6-9 high strength stainless steel tube in NC rotary draw bending forming with small bending radius was built based on the FE platform of ABAQUS.The effects of meshing size and mass scaling factor on the computational accuracy and efficiency of the FE model were investigated,and the stability and dependability of the model were verified from the aspects of theory and experiment.The historical evolution laws of stress and strain distribution in the whole process,symmetry plane and typical crosssection of the high strength stainless steel tube in NC rotary draw bending with small bending radius were analyzed.The reasonable meshing size of 0.6 mm×0.6 mm and mass scaling factor of 3000,as well as the distribution laws of the stress and strain in the whole process,symmetry plane and typical cross-section were obtained.
