摘  要:介绍了球墨铸铁轮毂铸件的结构及技术要求,通过使用低硫废钢和高硫废钢按照不同比例加入的方式,获得了6组不同硫含量的铁液,研究了铸件的金相组织和力学性能波动与硫含量变化的关系。试验结果表明:硫含量波动引起球墨铸铁金相组织的变化,当原铁液硫含量较高时,尽管球墨铸铁的力学性能满足要求,但组织中可能存在一定量的非球状石墨,在球墨铸铁的生产中要严格控制铁液的含硫量,以保证球墨铸铁的综合力学性能。The structure and technical requirements of nodular iron wheel hub castings were introduced.By adding low S scrap steel and high S scrap steel in different proportions,six groups of molten iron with different S contents were obtained to study the effect of S on metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the castings.The test results showed that difference in S content caused changes in the metallographic structure of nodular iron.When the S content of the original liquid iron was high,although the mechanical properties of nodular iron met the requirements,a certain amount of non-spherical graphite may exist in the structure.In the production of nodular iron,the S content of the molten iron must be strictly controlled to ensure the comprehensive mechanical properties of nodular iron.
