摘  要:介绍了一种机床床身铸件的结构及技术要求,针对生产中出现的铸件硬度不合格、浇注时容易出现严重呛火、铸件顶面夹砂导致铸件废品率较高的问题,进行了工艺改进。通过调整废钢加入比例、化学成分以及浇注温度,保证珠光体体积分数达到要求值,使铸件的硬度稳定提升;通过将原来的手工制芯改为3D打印砂芯,解决了手工砂芯分型带来的不好固定问题,提高了砂芯精度,组芯过程间隙小,有效解决了呛火问题,铸件外观质量提升明显。The structure and technical requirements of a machine tool bed casting was introduced.In order to solve the problems that casting hardness was not qualified,serious boiling was easy occur during pouring,and sand inclusion.Which caused casting rejection rate being high,the process improvement was conducted.Through adjusting steel scrap adding proportion,adjusting chemical compositions,and pouring temperature,it was ensured that the pearlite proportion achieved required value thereby the casting hardness stably elevated,through changing manual cores making into 3D-printing cores making,solved the problem that manual cores mold parting caused cores being difficult fixed,and increased accuracy of sand cores,the gap of cores assembly was small,the boiling problem was effectively solved,the extrinsic quality of casting was obviously elevated.
