摘 要:借助铸造数值模拟技术,分别研究了相同厚度隔砂冷铁、不同厚度隔砂层以及相同厚度隔砂层、不同厚度隔砂冷铁对铸造凝固过程的影响,通过分析凝固过程液相变化过程,最后指出:(1)冷铁厚度相同时,隔砂层的厚度越大,对铸件凝固过程的激冷效果越小,当隔砂层厚度≥50 mm,隔砂冷铁对铸件凝固过程无明显激冷作用;(2)隔砂层厚度相同时,冷铁厚度越厚,激冷效果相对越明显;(3)使用隔砂冷铁时,隔砂层的厚度对铸件的激冷效果起主导作用。With the help of casting numerical simulation technology,the effects of different thicknesses of sand-isolated layers with the same thickness of sand-isolated cold iron,and the effects of same thickness of sand-isolated layers with different thicknesses of sand-isolated cold iron on the casting solidification process were studied.By analyzing the liquid phase changing during the solidification process,it was finally pointed out:(1)When the thickness of the cold iron was the same,the greater thickness of the sand isolation layer,the smaller the chilling effect on the solidification process of the casting.When the thickness of the sand isolation layer was≥50 mm,the sand isolation cold iron had little effect on the solidification process of the casting.(2)When the thickness of the sand isolation layer was the same,the greater thickness of the cold iron,the more obvious chilling effect was.(3)When using a sand isolation cold iron,the thickness of the sand isolation layer had a chilling effect on the casting play a leading role.
