摘 要:随着长三角一体化战略上升为国家重大战略,长三角商业银行在区域经济一体化发展、建设制造强国和长三角产业发展中发挥着关键的金融供给作用。以商业银行总分行组织为视角,运用委托代理人模型推导出经营业绩、分支行战略执行力、盈利能力和管理跨度是商业银行总分行组织资源配置的关键因素。设置了总分行组织资源协同度评价指标体系,并通过熵值法赋权后,运用复合系统协同度评价模型对组织资源协同度进行评测。基于上述研究结论,在中小银行发展、战略执行力、重点领域、业务机遇和跨区域资源配置方面提出政策建议,为优化总分行资源配置和协同度提供研究思路。With the rise of the Yangtze River Delta integration to a major national strategy,the commercial banks in the Yangtze River Delta play a crucial financial supply role in developing regional economic integration,building a manufacturing powerhouse,and developing industries in the Yangtze River Delta.This paper takes the perspective of head office and branch organization of commercial banks and uses the principal agent model to derive that business performance,branch strategy execution ability,profitability and management span are the key factors of organizational resource allocation in head office and branches of commercial banks.This paper sets up the evaluation index system of head office and branch organizational resources synergy,and uses the composite system synergy evaluation model to assess the organizational resources synergy after being empowered by entropy value method.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward policy suggestions in terms of small and medium-sized bank development,strategy execution ability,key areas,business opportunities and cross-regional resource allocation to provide research ideas for optimizing head office and branch resource allocation and synergy.
