摘 要:在教育部“金课”建设和教学创新背景下,基于以学生发展为中心的理念,认真梳理《财政学》课程教学中存在的痛点。从教学目标、教学内容、教学资源、教学模式、考核方式等五个方面进行改革创新,构建“三阶段—五位一体”教学创新体系,力图解决当前《财政学》课程教学过程中面临的痛点,推动教学改革研究,促进教师能力提升,催生一批代表性教学成果,有效支撑专业建设,助力应用型人才的培养。Under the background of golden course construction and teaching innovation of the Ministry of Education,based on the students-centered concept,a careful examination of the pain points in the teaching of the “Public Finance” course has been carried out.Reforms and innovations have been undertaken in five aspects:teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching resources,teaching model,and assessment methods.The construction of the “three-stage and five-in-one” teaching innovation system,with the goal of addressing the current pain points in the teaching process of the “Public Finance” course,seeks to promote the research in teaching reform,enhance teachers' capabilities,generate a series of representative teaching achievements,effectively support specialty construction,contribute to the cultivation of application-oriented talents.
