摘  要:为研究塔式起重机带螺杆轴心受压附着杆的整体稳定性,设计4根附着杆进行轴压试验,分析螺杆长度占比对整个附着杆稳定性和屈曲模态的影响,并用有限元法对4个试件进行误差分析,验证有限元法的可靠性。通过参数研究,给出计算长度系数的取值方法,并使用有限元法进行弹塑性验证。结果表明:计算长度系数的取值方法可靠,可供工程设计人员参考。In order to study the overall stability of the attached rod of the tower crane with screw axial compression,four attached rods are designed for axial compression test,and the influence of screw length ratio on the stability and buckling mode of the whole attached rod is analyzed.The error analysis of four specimens is carried out by finite element method to verify the reliability of the finite element method.The method of calculating length coefficient is given through parameter study,and the elastoplastic verification is carried out by finite element method.The results show that the method of calculating length coefficient is reliable and can be used as reference for engineering designers.
