摘 要:目的对现有的小儿镇静超声流程进行数据分析,找出流程中的缺陷,通过流程再造简化流程,提高工作效率。方法通过精益工具价值流图、SIPOC图,统计分析了解流程现状,发现诊疗规律,在不增加人力、物力的前提下,通过集中人员、设备方式简化流程,建立错峰预约机制,减少流程不畅导致的等待。结果将患儿超声检查时间从322 min缩短到124 min,从原先一天完成3~4例超声检查到改进后的一天完成10例超声检查,提高了检查效率。结论应用DMAIC改进方法改进的超声流程,提高了超声科工作效率,增加超声检查有效时间。Objective:To analyze the data of the existing pediatric sedation in ultrasound process,find out the defects in the process,simplify the process by process reengineering,and improve the work efficiency.Method:We learned about the current situation of the process through lean tool value stream map,SIPOC map and statistical analysis,found the rules of diagnosis and treatment,simplified the process by concentrating personnel and equipment and established the off-peak reservation mechanism under the premise of not increasing manpower and material resources,which well reduced the waiting caused by the poor process.Result:The ultrasound examination time for children was shortened from 322 minutes to 124 minutes,from completing 3-4 ultrasound examinations in the original day to completing 10 ultrasound examinations in the improved day,which improved the examination efficiency.Conclusion:The application of DMAIC in the improvement of ultrasound flow improves the working efficiency of the ultrasound department and increases the effective time of ultrasound examination.
