摘　　要：目的以中国医学科学院血液病医院为例,在医学科技创新提升到卫生健康事业发展核心位置的背景下,探索科技创新赋能专科医院高质量发展的路径。方法采用文献计量学、统计学方法对2015—2022年院所发表科技论文的总体产出、载文期刊分布、合作国家与机构进行分析。结果科技论文产出总体实现量质双提升,总发文量和高水平发文量的总增长率分别为121.59%和236.84%。载文期刊72.56%为医学,其中绝大多数集中在血液学领域。国内外科研合作集中在领域内顶尖科研机构、大学及其所属国家。结论提出以“强专科小综合”发展战略为统领,打造优质泛学科群和以医院为核心节点,打造多元丰富的协同创新体系的建议,对专科医院在医学科技创新中发挥引领支撑作用具有一定的借鉴意义。Objective:With the Hematology Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences as an example,and in order to explore the path of scientific and technological innovation enabling the high-quality development of specialized hospitals.Method:Bibliometrics and statistics were used to analyze the total output of scientific and technological papers published by the institutes from 2015 to 2022,the distribution of the published journals,and the cooperating countries and institutions in the context of the promotion of medical science and technology innovation to the core position of the development of health care.Result:The output of scientific and technological papers has achieved both quantity and quality improvement,and the total growth rate of the total number of papers and high-level papers is 121.59%and 236.84%,respectively.72.56%of the journals published are medical journals,most of which are concentrated in the field of hematology.Domestic and foreign research cooperation is concentrated in the field of top scientific research institutions,universities and their countries.Conclusion:This paper puts forward the suggestions of building a high-quality pan-disciplinary group under the leadership of the development strategy of“strong specialty and small comprehensiveness”and constructing a diversified collaborative innovation system with hospitals as the core node,which has certain reference significance for specialized hospitals to play a leading and supporting role in medical science and technology innovation.
