摘  要:基于深圳市新建深惠城际铁路的深圳北站工程,分析既有运营地铁车站内不停运情况下结构改造施工技术的应用,为提高城市大型综合交通枢纽换乘效率及空间集约效益。新建城际铁路深圳北站同既有运营中地铁车站共用地面一层站厅层(站台层为地下一层新建),因此需对既有地铁车站站厅层进行客流导改及改造施工,文章主要研究既有地铁车站的既有楼扶梯组的拆除及此区域内的结构改造施工技术。Based on the Shenzhen North Station project of the newly built Shenzhen Hui intercity railway in Shenzhen,this paper analyzes the application of structural transformation construction technology in the existing operating subway stations without stopping operation,in order to improve the transfer efficiency and spatial intensive efficiency of urban large-scale comprehensive transportation hubs.The newly built intercity railway Shenzhen North Station shares the same ground level station hall level as the existing operating subway station(the platform level is a newly built underground level).Therefore,it is necessary to carry out passenger flow diversion and renovation construction on the existing subway station hall level.The article mainly studies the demolition of the existing building escalator group of the existing subway station and the structural renovation construction technology in this area.
