摘  要:在抽水蓄电站建设过程中,缓倾角(6°<ɑ<48°)长斜井施工视为施工难点。缓倾角斜井反井钻导孔施工过程中钻孔孔向难以控制,正井法扩挖支护施工中溜渣困难。以浙江缙云抽水蓄能电站500 kV出线洞缓倾角斜井开挖为例,斜井分为上部斜井段及下部斜井段2部分,开挖断面为4.8 m×5 m(宽×高)城门洞形,倾斜角为35.48°,下部斜井长约196 m,上部斜井段长26 m。上部斜井段开挖采用自下而上全断面施工,下部斜井段采用“反井钻导井+正井法”施工,缩短了斜井开挖直线工期。In the construction process of pumped storage stations,the construction of low-angle(6°<ɑ<48°)long inclined shafts is considered a construction difficulty.It is difficult to control the direction of the drilling holes during the construction process of the reverse drilling guide hole in a gently inclined shaft,and it is also difficult to slide debris during the expansion and support construction using the normal well method.Taking the excavation of a low-angle inclined shaft in the 500 kV outlet tunnel of the Jinyun Pumped Storage Power Station in Zhejiang Province as an example,the inclined shaft is divided into two parts:the upper inclined shaft section and the lower inclined shaft section.The excavation section is 4.8 m×5 m(width×height)in the shape of a city gate,with an inclination angle of 35.48°.The lower inclined shaft is about 196 m long,and the upper inclined shaft section is 26 m long.The excavation of the upper inclined shaft section adopts a full section construction from bottom to top,while the lower inclined shaft section adopts the"reverse drilling guide shaft and positive shaft method"construction,which shortens the straight-line construction period of the inclined shaft excavation.
