摘 要:结合广州市南沙区大岗镇污水处理厂粗格栅系统中设备无法正常运转,导致粗格栅系统淤泥堆积,过流不顺畅,污水通过粗格栅池顶部溢流通道溢流至曝气沉砂池,最终污水在未经粗格栅系统过滤情况下直接排入细格栅系统,加大了细格栅负荷,导致细格栅系统故障频频。现针对污水处理厂粗格栅系统进行分析研究,制定可行性研究方案,通过施工进行检验,总结出类似经验。The equipment in the coarse grid system of the sewage treatment plant in Dagang Town,Nansha District,Guangzhou City cannot operate normally.It leads to the accumulation of sludge in the coarse grid system,causing unsmooth flow,and sewage overflowing to the aeration sedimentation tank through the overflow channel at the top of the coarse grid tank.The final sewage is directly discharged into the fine grid system without being filtered by the coarse grid system,which increases the load on the fine grid system and leads to frequent failures of the fine grid system.This paper analyzes and studies the coarse grid system of sewage treatment plants,develops a feasibility study plan,conducts inspections through construction,and summarizes similar experiences.
