摘 要:目前的水利工程建设,尤其是地下引水隧洞工程,施工设备正趋向于高度机械化,该种设备的特点便是体型庞大,重量超重。斜井常规的绞车运输系统显然不能满足大型设备的运输需求,探索出一套适用于斜井的大型设备运输方法对工程建设具有重大意义。以云南省滇中引水工程大理Ⅰ段施工2标坡度高达25.5%、一坡到底长度达到1432 m的3-1号施工支洞下运刀盘直径为9.84 m的大型TBM运输实践为例,进行大型设备斜井运输方法的介绍与探讨。At present,water conservancy engineering construction,especially underground water diversion tunnel engineering,is tending towards highly mechanized construction equipment.The characteristic of this type of device is its large size and overweight.The conventional winch transportation system for inclined shafts obviously cannot meet the transportation needs of large equipment.Therefore,exploring a set of transportation methods suitable for inclined shafts is of great significance for engineering construction.The slope of the No.3-1 construction adit in the 2 nd section of the Dali section of the Yunnan Dianzhong Water Diversion Project is as high as 25.5%,and the length of the first slope to the bottom reaches 1432 m.This article takes the transportation practice of a large TBM with a diameter of 9.84 m as an example to introduce and explore the method of inclined shaft transportation for large equipment.
