摘　　要：污水处理厂建设逐步向大型化转型,随之设备安装规模、数量及现场施工管理难度增加,需科学合理规划施工方案,做好安装各环节的质量控制,提高安装工程质量。分析了设备安装工程的复杂性、广泛性、周期长等特点,明确污水厂设备安装工程在施工及质量管理中存在的主要问题。并结合实际情况从设计方案、前期准备、验收、管理制度、培训等方面强化设备安装工程质量的措施。The construction of sewage treatment plants is gradually transitioning towards large-scale transformation.As the scale and quantity of equipment installation increase,as well as the difficulty of on-site construction management,it is necessary to scientifically and reasonably plan the construction plan,do a good job in quality control of each installation link,and improve the quality of installation engineering.This paper analyzes the complexity,universality,and long cycle of equipment installation engineering,and clarifies the main problems that exist in the construction and quality management of sewage plant equipment installation engineering.And based on the actual situation,measures should be taken to strengthen the quality of equipment installation engineering from the aspects of design scheme,preliminary preparation,acceptance,management system and training.
