摘  要:结合南欧江流域梯级水电站水文气象条件、工程特性及流域防洪要求,开展了流域梯级水电站联合防洪调度研究工作。根据流域重点防洪对象防洪能力、防洪标准及地区洪水组成分析成果,从基本不影响流域梯级水电站发电运行同时又能兼顾流域防洪要求的角度,研究提出了梯级汛期控制运行水位及控泄流量方案。模拟调度分析显示,提出的防洪调度方案操作简单,易于实现,梯级电量虽略有减小,但减小幅度不大,可为南欧江流域梯级防洪提供一定的指导。Based on the hydrological and meteorological conditions,engineering characteristics,and flood control requirements of cascade hydropower stations in Nam Ou River Basin,this paper conducts research on joint flood control scheduling of cascade hydropower stations in the basin.Based on the analysis results of the flood control capacity,flood control standards,and regional flood composition of key flood control objects in the basin,from the perspective of basically not affecting the power generation operation of cascade hydropower stations in the basin while also considering the flood control requirements of the basin,a plan for controlling the operating water level and discharge flow during the cascade flood season is proposed.Simulation scheduling analysis shows that the proposed flood control scheduling scheme is simple to operate and easy to implement.Although the cascade power consumption has slightly decreased,the reduction is not significant,which can provide certain guidance for the cascade flood control in Nam Ou River Basin.
