摘  要:某浮船泵站具有水泵流量大、扬程高,配备的水泵和电机尺寸大,泵船尺寸大,摇臂接头压力高,船体浮船型深大等技术特点。介绍该浮船泵站的设计,主要包括泵站的布置,水泵台数和主要参数,浮船参数等,首次提出了摇臂接头装置制造难度系数的公式。通过对本项目技术特点的分析,给出了下阶段的优化思路和研究方向,同时对优化的关键即高效抗汽蚀性能好的水泵的研发,理论计算、模型开发方法等进行探讨。A certain floating boat pump station has technical characteristics such as large pump flow rate,high head,large size of equipped pumps and motors,large size of pump boat,high pressure of rocker arm joints,and deep floating boat shape.This article introduces the design of the floating boat pump station,mainly including the layout of the pump station,the number and main parameters of the water pumps,and the parameters of the floating boat.The formula for the manufacturing difficulty coefficient of the rocker arm joint device is proposed for the first time.Through the analysis of the technical characteristics of this project,the optimization ideas and research directions for the next stage are provided.At the same time,the key to optimization,such as the development of efficient and good anti cavitation water pumps,theoretical calculations,and model development methods,are discussed.
