摘  要:滑石具有优异的层片状结构,能够显著提高塑料制品的模量,同时层片结构还具有良好的阻隔作用,能够有效提高薄膜的不透明度。滑石颗粒的细度和片状结构对塑料制品的影响各异,一般细度越细,滑石的层片结构会受到一定层度的破坏,进而影响其对塑料制品弯曲模量的影响,但是对于冲击强度会有提升。故而在滑石的超细加工过程中,细度和层片结构的控制尤为重要。本文采用江西广源化工海城工厂加工的不同细度和SiO2含量的滑石粉填充于PP和PVC体系,探讨了滑石粉SiO2含量以及粒径对PP的弯曲模量和冲击强度的影响,以及对PVC薄膜拉伸强度和不透明度的影响。结果表明:相近SiO2含量的滑石原料,适合的粒径的滑石粉填充于PP中可以同时获得优异的冲击性能和弯曲强度,随着细度的进一步提升弯曲强度会降低;滑石的细度提升对于PVC的不透明度和拉伸强度具有良好的效果。Talc has excellent lamellar structure,which can significantly increase the modulus of plastic products.At the same time,the lamellar structure also has a good barrier effect,which can effectively improve the opacity of the film.The fineness and lamellar structure of talc particles have different effects on plastic products.Generally,the finer the particle size,the lamellar structure of talc will be damaged in a certain degree,which will affect the effect of the lamellar structure on the bending modulus of plastic products,but there is an increase in impact strength.Therefore,it is very important to control the fineness and lamellar structure of talc in the process of superfine machining.In this paper,talcum powder with different fineness and SiO2 content from Haicheng plant of Jiangxi guang yuan chemical industry was used to fill in PP and PVC systems,the effects of the content of SiO2 and the particle size of talcum powder on the flexural modulus and impact strength of PP were studied,and the effect on the tensile strength and opacity of PVC film.The results show that good impact properties and bending strength can be obtained with the same content of SiO2 and the suitable size of talc powder filled in PP,and the bending strength will decrease with the increase of fineness.The fineness improvement of talc has a good effect on the opacity and tensile strength of PVC.
