摘 要:露天矿山开发在带来巨大经济效益的同时也会引发严重水土流失,水土保持监管是预防水土流失有效手段。本文结合露天矿产资源开发特点,对矿山项目建设和生产过程中的水土流失源头及影响性进行了分析,并从方案审批、后续设计、水保监测和部门联动等方面提出露天矿山水土保持监管途径,有效控制水土流失并产生良好的生态、经济和社会效益。The development of open-pit mine not only brings huge economic benefits,but also causes serious soil erosion,and soil and water conservation supervision is an effective measure to prevent soil erosion.This paper analyzes the sources and impacts of soil and water loss during the construction and production process of mining projects based on the characteristics of open-pit mineral resource development.The regulatory approaches for soil and water conservation in open-pit mines has been proposed from the aspects of plan approval,subsequent design,soil and water conservation monitoring,and departmental linkage,effectively controlling soil and water loss and generating good ecological,economic,and social benefits.
