摘 要:为给香花油茶(Camellia osmantha)的选育和经营管理提供参考,以2年生香花油茶‘义禄’幼苗为试验材料,采用盆栽试验方法,设置4个不同供磷水平(CK:0 mg/kg、P1:4 mg/kg、P2:8 mg/kg和P3:16 mg/kg),研究不同供磷水平对香花油茶幼苗生理及叶绿素荧光特性的影响。研究表明,当供磷水平为8 mg/kg时,香花油茶幼苗叶片的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛含量均达到最低值,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性均相对较高;初始荧光,最大荧光、可变荧光、光化学猝灭系数、电子传递速率和实际光化学量子效率均最大,非光化学猝灭系数相对较低。隶属函数综合分析表明,香花油茶幼苗在不同供磷水平处理下的适应能力表现为P2水平> P1水平> P3水平>CK。8 mg/kg供磷水平能实现香花油茶幼苗良好的光合作用和生理反应,较有利于其生长发育。In order to provide reference for selection and management of Camellia osmantha,taking 2-year-old C.osmantha'Yilu'seedlings as test materials,and four different phosphorus supply levels were set up in pot experiment(CK:0 mg/kg,P1:4 mg/kg,P2:8 mg/kg and P3:16 mg/kg)to study effects of different phosphorus supply levels on physiological and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of C.osmantha seedlings.Results showed that when phosphorus supply level was 8 mg/kg,contents of soluble sugars,soluble proteins and malo-ndialdehyde in leaves of C.osmantha seedlings were the lowest,activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase and peroxidase were relatively high,initial fluorescence,maximum fluorescence,variable fluorescence,photo-chemical burst coefficient,electron transfer rate and actual photochemical quantum efficiency were maximum,and non-photochemical burst coefficient was relatively low.Comprehensive analysis of membership function showed that adaptive ability of C.osmantha seedlings under different phosphorus supply levels was in order of P2 level>P1 level>P3 level>CK.8 mg/kg phosphorus supply could satisfy photosynthesis and physiological reactions of C.osmantha seedlings,which was more conducive to growth and development of C.osmantha seedlings.
