摘　　要：目的:了解卵巢癌患者个人掌控感现状并分析其影响因素。方法:选取2022年2月至9月青岛市某三级甲等综合医院妇科收治的196例卵巢癌患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、个人掌控感量表(PMS)、疾病进展恐惧简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)、一般自我效能量表(GSES)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行问卷调查。结果:卵巢癌患者个人掌控感得分为(25.50±5.14)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,病程、疾病进展复发恐惧、自我效能、社会支持是卵巢癌患者个人掌控感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌患者个人掌控感水平有待进一步提高,医务人员应重视病程短、疾病进展复发恐惧心理严重、自我效能及社会支持水平较低的患者,有针对性实施临床护理干预措施,以提升卵巢癌患者个人掌控感水平。Objective:To investigate the status of personal mastery in patients with ovarian cancer and analyze its influenc-ing factors.Methods:A total of 196 patients with ovarian cancer admitted to the department of gynaecology in a Class A tertiary hospital of Qingdao from February to September 2022 were included.General data questionnaire,Personal Mastery Scale(PMS),Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FoP-Q-SF),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),and Social Sup-port Rating Scale(SSRS)were used in the survey.Results:The total score of personal mastery in patients with ovarian can-cer was 25.50+5.14.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the course of disease,fear of disease progression and recurrence,self-efficacy,social support were the influencing factors of personal mastery in patients with ovarian cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of personal mastery in patients with ovarian cancer needs to be further improved.Medical staff should pay more atention to the patients with short course of disease,serious fear of disease progression and relapse,low self-efficacy and low level of social support,and carry out targeted clinical nursing interventions,so as to improve the level of personal mastery in patients with ovarian cancer.
