摘  要:煤中全水分是计算煤炭收到基发热量的重要指标,关系到煤炭品质的计价和实际的应用,而随着燃料智能化的发展,采用机器人制样逐渐替代人工制样是必然的趋势,然而煤炭在机械制样过程中存在一定的水分损失,因此需对机器人制样系统取全水分样之前的环节进行水分损失的评估。分析影响煤炭机器人制样系统水分损失的主要因素,并采用称重法进行试验,采用无烟煤、烟煤、高挥发分烟煤、褐煤等不同煤种使其进入机器人制样系统的存储、破碎、输送、缩分环节,得出机器人制样系统的水分损失率。破碎环节水分蒸发压差较高是导致机器人制样系统水分损失的主要因素,可通过优化制样流程、减少破碎环节、进行样品清洗、密封接料、及时进行设备的检修和维护等方式降低机器人制样系统的水分损失,并建议在有实质性水分偏倚时对水分损失进行校正。Total moisture is an important index to calculate the calorific value of coal on an as-received basis,which is related to the pricing and practical application of coal.With the development of fuel intelligence,it is an inevitable trend to replace manual sample preparation with robotic sample preparation.However,there is bound to be a certain amount of moisture loss in coal during the mechanical sample preparation process.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the moisture loss before the robotic sample preparation system takes total moisture sample.The main factors affecting moisture loss in the coal robotic sample preparation system are analyzed,and the experiments are conducted with weighing method.Different types of coal such as anthracite,bituminous coal,high-volatile bituminous coal,and lignite are used to enter the storage,crushing,transportation,and division process of the robotic sample preparation system,and the moisture loss rate of the robotic sample preparation system can be obtained.The high water evaporation pressure difference in the crushing process is the main factor leading to moisture loss in the robotic sample preparation system.The moisture loss of the robotic sample preparation system can be reduced by optimizing the sample preparation process,reducing the curshing process,cleaning the sample,sealing the transportation,and timely conducting equipment inspection and maintenance,and it is recommended to correct for moisture loss when there is substantial moisture bias.
