摘  要:金属离子是工业废水的重要污染物之一,其中包括Fe^(3+)、A1^(3+)、Cr^(3+)和Ce^(3+)在内的三价金属离子对环境具有较大的危害性。席夫碱类探针常用于金属离子检测,但在高浓度金属离子中会发生荧光猝灭。为解决该问题,并精确、快速地检测三价金属离子,本文以具有绿色荧光的2-氨基蒽和蓝色荧光的1-芘甲醛为原料,设计并合成了一种基于席夫碱的双发射荧光探针E,该探针本身无荧光,加入三价金属离子Fe^(3+)、Al^(3+)、Cr^(3+)和Ce^(3+)后,低三价金属浓度范围显示绿色荧光,高三价金属浓度范围显示蓝色荧光,改善了传统蒽席夫碱探针无法检测高浓度金属离子的问题,将传统蒽席夫碱探针的检测上限提高了2倍以上。该探针具有合成简单、选择性好、灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强、响应时间短、pH适用范围宽(5~10)的优点,可以实现对Fe^(3+)、Al^(3+)、Cr^(3+)和Ce^(3+)三价金属离子的特异性实时检测,并成功制备了探针试纸用于三价金属的便捷检测。Metal ions are one ofthe main pollutants in industrial wastewater,andthetrivalent metalions,ncluding Fe^(3+),Al^(3+),Cr^(3+) and Ce^(3+),are harmful to the environment.Schif base probes are often used for metal ion detection,but fluorescence quenching occurs in high concentration of metal ions.In order to solve this problem and detect trivalent metal ions accurately and quickly,we designed and synthesized a dual-fluorescent Schiff base probe E starting from 2-aminoanthracene with green fluorescence and 1-pyrenecarboxaldehyde with blue fluorescence.The probe has no fluorescence itself,and shows green fluorescence with low concentration of trivalent metal ions,as well as blue fluorescence with high concentration of trivalent metal ions,which improves the situation by increasing the detection upper limit more than 2 times than traditional anthracene Schiff base probes.The probe E has the advantages of simple synthesis,good selectivity,high sensitivity,strong anti-interference ability,short response time and wide pH application range(50),which can realize the specific real-time detection of Fe^(3+),Al^(3+),Cr^(3+)and Ce+trivalent metal ions.Finally,the test strips are successfully prepared for convenient detection of trivalent metals.
