摘  要:本文设计合成了一种快速检测次氯酸/次氯酸根(HClO/ClO^(-))的荧光探针,利用荧光分光光度计和紫外-可见分光光度计测试了目标探针(Probe-ClO)对ClO^(-)的响应能力。结果表明:目标探针分子在加入ClO^(-)后,做出快速响应,响应时间小于100s,荧光强度瞬间增强约200倍。在365nm紫外光照射下,溶液发出强烈的蓝色荧光。同时,探针分子选择性识别ClO的检出限仅为27.8nmol·L^(-1),灵敏度高,通过滤纸片显色等实验,拓展了探针分子的实际应用潜能。This article designed and synthesized a novel fluorescence probe for the rapid detection of hypochlorous acid/hypochlorite(HCIO/ClO^(-)),and the response ability of the target probe molecule(Probe-CIO)to ClO^(-) was tested by fluorescence spectrophotom-eter and UV-Visible absorption spectrophotometer.Affer the addition of ClO^(-),the target probe molecule makes a rapid response,the response time is less than 100s,and the fluorescence intensity is increased about 200 times instantaneously.The solution emitted in-tense blue fluorescence under 365 nm UV irradiation.Meanwhile,The probe molecule selectively recognized ClO with a detection limit of only 27.8 nmol·L^(-1) and high sensitivity.The practical application potential of the probe molecule was expanded through the color development experiment of filter paper.
