摘  要:气体反循环钻井技术存在弯管刺漏问题,严重降低了钻孔时效。该文将仿生学中非光滑表面形态引用到弯管抗磨分析上,设计出具有一定分布特点的非光滑表面结构。搭建反循环钻井弯管非光滑表面抗磨实验系统,井底流场模拟器可还原携带岩屑的高速气流在井内的循环流场,对不同非光滑表面实验元件进行抗磨性分析。结果表明,圆形凹坑非光滑表面结构抗磨性最佳,并且凹坑直径越小、凹坑越密集,其抗磨性越好。改进弯管结构,在刺漏点增加可更换的盖板,并将弯管内壁面和盖板底面分别加工成凸C、沟C、凹C非光滑表面,相同钻井条件下,凹C弯管抗磨性最大。实践表明,改进后弯管抗磨性增加,钻孔时效显著提高。There is a problem of elbow washout in gas reverse circulation drilling technology,which seriously reduces the drilling effectiveness.The non-smooth surface morphology in bionics is applied to the anti-wear analysis of elbows and the non-smooth surface structure with certain distribution characteristics is designed.A non-smooth surface anti wear experimental system for reverse circulation drilling elbow is built,and a bottom hole flow field simulator to restore the circulating flow field of high-speed airflow carrying rock cuttings in the well is used.Based on the simulator,the anti-wear performance of different non-smooth surface experimental components are analyzed.The results show that the anti-wear of the circular concave non-smooth surface structure is best.The smaller the concave diameter and the denser the concave,the better its anti-wear.The structure of the elbow is improved and a replaceable cover plate at the washout point is added.It is machined the inner wall of the elbow and the bottom surface of the cover plate into convex C,groove C,and concave C non-smooth surfaces,respectively.Under the same drilling conditions,the concave C elbow is the highest anti-wear.Practice has shown that after improvement,the anti-wear of the elbow is increased,and the drilling effectiveness is significantly improved.
