摘　　要：围绕二氧化碳资源化利用设计了CO_(2)和环氧化物共聚合成聚碳酸酯二元醇综合实验,主要包括CO_(2)与环氧丙烷共聚反应和高分子产物表征分析两部分。首先,通过聚合温度、催化剂用量等核心反应参数的考察优化,并结合凝胶渗透色谱对共聚物分子量的分析,成功合成了分子量为5.2 kg·mol^(–1)且分布较窄的聚碳酸酯二元醇产物。随后,借助红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对共聚产物进行了表征,表明目标产物聚碳酸酯二元醇上同时含有聚碳酸酯和聚醚链节,其链段上CO_(2)摩尔分数为28.6%,而环状副产物碳酸丙烯酯的质量含量仅为7.3%,实现了CO_(2)与环氧丙烷的选择性共聚。With the focus on CO2 resource utilization,a comprehensive experiment was designed to co-polymerize CO_(2)and epoxide into polycarbonate diols.The experiment primarily involved the co-polymerization reaction of CO_(2)and propylene oxide,followed by the characterization of the polymer product.Initially,the optimization of reaction parameters,such as polymerization temperature and catalyst amount,was performed.The analysis of the copolymer's molecular weight using gel permeation chromatography demonstrated that,a polycarbonate diol with a molecular weight of 5.2 kg·mol^(–1)and a narrow distribution was successfully synthesized.Subsequent characterization of the copolymer product using infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy indicated the presence of both polycarbonate and polyether links in the target product,with a molar fraction of CO_(2)on its chain segment of 28.6%.Additionally,the content of the cyclic by-product propylene carbonate was only 7.3 wt%,achieving selective copolymerization of CO_(2)with propylene oxide.
