摘  要:单相逆变器相关内容是“电力电子技术”课程教学中的重要组成部分。在实际应用中单相逆变器广泛应用于新能源装置,然而其固有的2ω纹波功率会影响光伏系统的最大功率点波动,导致系统效率下降。为了帮助学生深入理解单相逆变器直流侧二次纹波的产生原因和抑制方法,对一种用于新能源装置的三桥臂准Z源逆变器的结构及其控制策略进行分析,详细介绍了其在输入电流纹波抑制方面的工作原理以及系统各部分的控制方法,得到输入电流谐波含量与附加桥臂注入电压之间的关系。同时,在PSIM仿真软件中搭建了全载功率300 W、电压144 V/110 V DC/AC、频率50 Hz单相三桥臂Z源逆变器的仿真平台,得到了系统的稳态和动态波形。通过搭建该仿真平台,学生可深入理解二次纹波抑制方法,并增强电力电子技术实践能力。Single-phase inverters are an integral part of“Power electronics technology”course education.In practical applications,single-phase inverters are widely used in renewable energy devices.However,their inherent 2ωripple power significantly affects the maximum power point fluctuation in photovoltaic systems,and reduced the system efficiency.In order to provide students with a deeper understanding of the generation and suppression of 2ωripple on the DC side in single-phase inverters,an analysis of the structure and control strategy of a three-bridge leg quasi-Z-source inverter used for new energy devices is conducted.The working principle of ripple current suppression in the input current is explained in detail,along with the control methods for each part of the system.The relationship between the harmonic content of the input current and the injected voltage from the additional bridge leg is obtained.Furthermore,a simulation platform of single phase three-bridge-leg quasi-Z-source inverter with full load power of 300 W,voltage of 144 V/110 V DC/AC,and frequency of 50 Hz is built using PSIM simulation software,and steady-state and dynamic waveforms of the system are obtained.By building the simulation platform,students can have a deep understanding of secondary ripple suppression methods and enhance their practical skills in power electronics technology.
