摘 要:面向生物工程专业本科生开设了微藻光合固碳生产蛋白和糖类的综合创新实验。该实验涉及多项微生物学和发酵工程实验操作及物质分离提取检测技术,涉及微生物学、生物化学、发酵工程、生化反应工程、生化分离工程、仪器分析等多门专业课基础知识。通过该创新实验,进一步加深了学生对生物工程专业相关基础理论知识和实验技能的掌握,提高其综合实践能力,同时能使学生更好地了解目前生物工程的发展方向,对其科研创新思维拓展及固碳减排、清洁生产理念和可持续发展意识的培养具有促进作用。A comprehensive innovative experiment on photosynthetic carbon fixation by microalgae to produce protein and carbohydrates is conducted for undergraduate students majoring in bioengineering.A number of microbiology and fermentation engineering experimental operations,as well as material separation and extraction techniques are involved in this experiment,and basic knowledge in multiple professional courses such as microbiology,biochemistry,fermentation engineering,biochemical reaction engineering,biochemical separation engineering and instrument analysis is also involved.Through this innovative experiment,students’mastery of basic theoretical knowledge and experimental skills related to bioengineering is further deepened,and their comprehensive practical abilities are improved.It also enables students to better understand the current development direction of bioengineering,and plays a promoting role in expanding their scientific research and innovative thinking abilities,as well as cultivating their awareness of carbon sequestration and emission reduction,clean production and sustainable development.
