摘　　要：山西省重点实验室历经近30年的发展,总规模达到139个,涉及材料、医学、工程制造、数理信息、生物农学、药学以及资源环境等领域,已成为推动山西省经济社会高质量发展、科技创新水平提升的重要支撑力量。该文首先梳理山西省重点实验室的地域、研究领域、依托单位、所属产业链的分布情况;然后基于2022年度考核相关数据,统计分析省重点实验室的建设成效;最后针对省重点实验室建设发展过程中存在的建设布局不科学、人才“引、育、留”机制不合理和开放与共享水平较低等问题,提出优化重组省重点实验室布局、建立灵活的引育留人才机制和提高产学研用协同发展水平等对策建议。After nearly 30 years of development,Shanxi provincial key laboratory has a total scale of 139,involving materials,medicine,engineering manufacturing,mathematical information,biological agronomy,pharmacy,resources and environment,etc.It has become an important supporting force to promote the high-quality development of Shanxi's economy and society and the improvement of scientific and technological innovation level.This paper first sorts out the distribution of the region,research field,supporting unit and industrial chain of the key laboratories in Shanxi province.Then,based on the relevant data of the 2022 annual assessment,the construction effect of the provincial key laboratory is statistically analyzed.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the construction and development of provincial key laboratories,such as unscientific construction layout,unreasonable talent introduction and retention mechanism,and low level of openness and sharing,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as optimizing and restructuring the layout of provincial key laboratories,establishing a flexible talent introduction and retention mechanism,and improving the level of coordinated development of industry,university and research.
