摘  要:油气管道内表面轴向裂纹扩展是管道断裂的主要原因之一,内壁裂纹多以成对或裂纹群的形式出现。因此,管道内表面双裂纹的相互作用需要重点关注。文中利用线弹性断裂力学理论,基于ANSYS Workbench平台建立了含双半椭圆型轴向内壁裂纹的三维有限元管段模型。通过模型,详细分析了双裂纹深径比及周向间距变化时其相互作用的程度,绘出了裂纹在各阶段扩展时的扩展路径并比较了其各自的疲劳扩展寿命。数值模拟结果表明,双裂纹的周向间距与双裂纹的扩展路径及疲劳寿命密切相关。The axial crack expansion on the inner surface of oil and gas pipeline is one of the main causes of pipeline fracture.The inner wall cracks mostly appear in pairs or crack groups.Therefore,the interaction of the inner surface of the pipe is needed to be focused on.In this paper,a three-dimensional finite element tube segment model with double half-elliptical axial inner wall crack was established based on the ANSYS Workbench platform.Based on the model,the interaction degree of the double crack depth ratio and circumferential distance were analyzed in detail,the expansion path of the crack at each stage was plotted and the respective fatigue extension life were compared.The numerical simulation results show that the circumferential distance of double crack is closely related to the extension path and fatigue life of double crack.
