摘 要:针对油气管道的内腐蚀问题,在内检测与水压试验应用受限的情况下,有必要进行内腐蚀直接评价。首先结合内检测与水压试验特点,介绍了内腐蚀直接评价(ICDA)方法的技术特点和技术流程。然后详细分析了干气管道、湿气管道、液体石油管道和多相流管道ICDA技术的研究现状,梳理了间接评价和直接检测环节的技术要点,并研究了目前存在的技术难点和应用局限。最后介绍了研究方向和发展趋势,并提出了有效对策和改进建议,为油气管道完整性评价和内腐蚀研究提供参考。In view of the internal corrosion of oil and gas pipelines,it is necessary to conduct internal corrosion direct assessment when the application of internal inspection and hydrostatic pressure test is limited.First of all,combined with the characteristics of internal inspection and hydrostatic pressure test,the technical characteristics and technical process of internal corrosion direct assessment(ICDA)method were introduced.Secondly,the research status of ICDA technology for dry gas pipeline,wet gas pipeline,liquid oil pipeline and multiphase pipeline were analyzed in detail,the technical key points of indirect assessment and direct detection were sorted out,and the existing technical difficulties and application limitations were studied.Finally,the study direction and development trend were introduced,and the effective countermeasures and improvement suggestions were put forward,which provides reference for oil and gas pipeline integrity evaluation and internal corrosion research.
