摘  要:以增强层为主承压层的三层结构如果在制造和服役过程中产生缺陷,将导致管体失效。文中使用微波无损检测技术对在役柔性复合管进行了检测,对缺陷进行了微波图像表征及分析。纤维间隙属于制造缺陷,该类缺陷会使服役柔性复合管的基体产生变形,随着服役时间增加及服役环境的改变,基体变形会演变为基体与纤维的分层,最终导致材料整体退化和失效。检测结果为柔性复合管的质量控制、无损检测、运行及维护提供了依据。The pipe can fail when there are defects in the three-layer structure which the reinforced layer is the main pressure layer during the process of manufacturing and service.Using microwave nondestructive testing technology for in-service flexible composite pipe,the defects were characterized and analyzed.Fiber gap,which belongs to manufacture defect,can cause the in-service flexible composite pipe deformation.With the increase of the service time and the change of the service environment,the matrix deformation can evolve into the lamination of the matrix and the fiber,and eventually lead to the degradation and failure of the material.The test results provide the basis for the quality control,NDT,operation and maintenance of the flexible composite pipe.
