摘　　要：某长距离铁精矿矿浆输送管道的内壁结垢严重,且垢质坚硬,进行清管作业时清管器发生卡堵的风险很大。因此设计了携带管子切割刀片装置的新型清管器。当它在管内运行时,管子切割刀片可紧密贴合垢质层,对垢质进行有效切割。大块的垢质随介质流出,小块的垢质被后续的常规清管器清出管道,极大程度辅助了管道清管、检测工作的顺利开展。经过清管试验验证切割效果后,这种割刀清管器在作业现场得到应用,在提高管道输送效率和排除管道事故隐患方面发挥了重要作用。The inner wall of a long-distance iron concentrate slurry pulp transportation pipeline is seriously scaling,and the scale was hard,there is a high risk for pig to block during pigging.Thus,a new pig with cutter blade for pipe was designed.When it was running in the pipe,cutter blade for pipe can closely fit the hard scale and effectively cut it.The large hard scale flowed out with the medium,and the small scale can be cleaned out of the pipeline by the follow-up conventional pig,which greatly assisted the smooth development of pipeline pigging and testing work.After the cutting effect was verified by test,this kind of pig with cutter was successfully applied.It plays an important role in improving the pipeline transportation efficiency and eliminating the hidden dangers of pipeline accidents.
