摘  要:针对现有波纹补偿器轴向尺寸测量过程中的人工检测速度慢、检测不便等问题,设计了一种基于Halcon的波纹补偿器轴向尺寸测量系统。该系统由图像采集、图像处理两部分组成,实现波纹补偿器轴向尺寸的测量。同时,基于波纹补偿器的伸缩特性改进了亚像素测量算法。最终,通过C#语言设计出上位机界面方便用户操作与使用。实验结果表明:改进的算法检测速度快、检测精度高,能用于波纹补偿器的轴向尺寸测量。Aiming at the problems of slow speed and inconvenience of manual detection in the existing measurement process of axial dimensions of corrugated compensators,a Halcon-based axial dimensions measurement system of corrugated compensators was designed.The system consisted of two parts including image collection and image acquisition to realize the measurement of the axial dimension of the corrugated compensator.Meanwhile,the sub-pixel measurement algorithm was improved based on the expansion and contraction characteristics of the corrugated compensator.Finally,the upper computer interface was designed through C#language to facilitate the operation and use of the user.The experimental results show that the improved algorithm can be used for the axial dimension measurement of the corrugated compensator with fast detection speed and high detection accuracy.
