摘 要:文中以316L奥氏体不锈钢为材料,采用试验结合数值模拟解析的方式,研究了厚度对平板普通型爆破片爆破压力的影响。爆破试验结果表明:平板普通型爆破片的爆破压力随着厚度增加而增大,且表现出线性相关。有限元模拟结果显示平板普通型爆破片发生了较大形变,且在中心部分出现了最大等效应力、最大等效应变。表明有限元解析可以较好分析爆破片在爆破过程中的变化,为研究爆破片的爆破过程提供了新的途径,也为平板型普通型爆破片的设计提供参考。In this paper,taking 316L austenitic stainless steel as the material,adopting the method of experiment combined with numerical simulation,the influence of the thickness on the burst pressure of dull shear pattern demolition pieces was studied.The results of burst experiments show that the burst pressure of dull shear pattern demolition pieces increases with increasing thickness,and show linear correlation.The finite element simulation results show that the dull shear pattern demolition pieces undergo large deformation,and the maximum equivalent stress and maximum equivalent strain appeared in the center.It shows that finite element analysis can be used to analyze demolition pieces changes during the bursting process.It serves a new method to study the bursting process of demolition pieces,it also provides reference for the design of dull shear pattern demolition pieces.
